Hey Right Meow fam! 🐾

Let’s talk sustainability — and no, not just compost bins and reusable coffee cups (although, yes please). I’m talking about us. Our energy. Our minds. Our ability to actually keep all the balls in the air without crashing face-first into burnout.

I’m Kiki — serial entrepreneur, career gal, wife, and mom to two amazing chaos agents (11 and 6). Oh, and I’ve got ADHD. So yeah… life’s a lot.

The truth is, what makes us magical — the creativity, the passion, the all-in energy — can also make the day-to-day marathon of work, parenting, and staying regulated feel like an Olympic sport. One that doesn’t come with medals. Or naps.

So I’m throwing this out to all of you:

  • What does “sustainability” look like for you as a parent and professional living with ADHD?
  • Where do you struggle the most — is it energy crashes, time blindness, sensory overload, emotional waves, organization, all of the above?
  • What tools, habits, or boundaries actually help you find your groove? Anything from post-it walls to partner check-ins to sacred solo walks around the block?
  • How do you bring your kids into the mix? Like, are they your accountability buddies? Do you model rest and balance? Do they get it?
  • Have you found certain work environments or roles that just click better for your ADHD brain?

I’d love to turn this into a real convo — the messy, honest, encouraging kind. We all deserve ways to thrive without running ourselves into the ground. Let’s swap stories, strategies, and survival hacks, and maybe laugh-cry a little together.

You in?

Rise above, stay grounded, and keep being your amazing, delightfully neurospicy self. LFG!

Kiki💫
